c) confirmation that the operations in letters a) and b) have been notified, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data were communicated or disclosed, except if this requirement impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.

PRIVACY FOR COMMUNICATIONS VIA E-MAIL (art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003)

Under Article. 13 of the Code for the Protection of Personal Data (Legislative Decree no. 196/2003) will inform the interested parties that the processing of data provided directly through the web portal in order to use the services offered or acquired for this purpose, is made by Medinet, as data processor, and has the only objective to carry out activities related to the management of corporate communications including sending messages via e-mail to e-mail addresses provided at registration / registration portal.
The processing of personal data will therefore be carried out with the use of automated procedures also in the manner and to the extent necessary to pursue their objectives by ensuring the security and confidentiality of data.

The personal information provided during registration / enrollment portal (name, surname, address, telephone numbers, e-mail, etc.) Are used by the services of e-mail communication. The conferment of data is compulsory and any refusal precludes the possibility to access the services of the site. The data can also be used for sending corporate communications not closely related to the service on the entry portal but compatible with the institutional purposes.
